Problem of Practice: How can we empower students to see themselves as assets to, and also contribute to, the learning community?

We want them to be excited to share, see themselves as capable learners and community members, and use literacy as a tool to shape their world.

​

Our change idea was to implement Classroom Friends Forever (CFF).

- Students will be paired in groups of
- These CFF’s will be charged with uplifting each other, holding each other accountable, and keeping them informed of classroom changes.

​

Data to collect:

- Survey data from students asking questions such as: "Did you ask your CFF for help this week?" "Why or why not?”
